The GELID Gamer fan with its patented design makes another step forward in the development of advanced fans. The used materials are of th highest quality which allows the manufacturer to specify a lifespan of 100.000hrs. The fan blades were specially designed and shaped to achieve an optimal compromise between noise emissions and Airflow. The fan has a starting voltage of only 5V which makes it perfect for low-noise applications. The low noise emissions are also achieved by the lack of screws between the motor and the case! A soft silicone compound was used to absob as much vibration as possible. The bearing of the motor is not a ball-bearing, it is held by a magnetic field which greatly increases the smoothness and also reduces wear and tear which in conventional fans often leads to an increased noise emission over its lifespan.
